Yes, you may request to change your order within our operation hours (10AM – 5 PM) as long as the order has not been processed.

If your request is made after the order has been processed or outside our operation hours, we will be unable to make any changes.

In such cases, you may proceed with an exchange, and an exchange fee will apply. Kindly recheck and confirm before proceed with checkout.

No, once payment has been processed, cancellations and reimbursement are not allowed. Please ensure your purchase is confirmed before completing the transaction.

To be eligible for return, your product(s) must fulfil the following conditions:

Absolutely! Kumo Diapers offer enhanced overnight protection with superior absorbency and a snug Dual-Leak Guard to keep your baby dry and help prevent rashes.

Yes! All Kumo products are dermatologist-tested for safety on sensitive skin and have been certified by SGS.

For comfort and freshness, change Kumo diapers every 3 to 4 hours. The wetness indicator turns blue when soiled, making it easy to know when it's time for a change

Signs your little one might be ready to try diaper pants:

They will no longer lay still for diaper change

They start to pull at their diaper or try to take it off

The tabs no longer fasten at their hips and they’ve outgrown the largest size

They are learning how to use the potty

They know how to pull their pants up and down

The most common cause is incorrect sizing or poor fit.

To get the perfect fit, ensure that:

- Keep leg cuffs untucked and flat
- The tabs are securely fastened at the hips.
- Waistband should sit snug with no gaps. The elastic of our waistband helps it wrap around your baby's back comfortably,

Yes! All our diaper sizes feature a wetness indicator that changes from yellow to blue when it’s time for a change.
